Trail mix



My Kami absolutely loves trail mixes and she loves cinnamon.  So I decided to try to make a low calorie snack that was on the healthier side and still yummy.
This is what I came up with. I hope you enjoy it .. you can use any types of cereals, and dried fruit and nuts. Its a very flexable recipe.
3/4 cup brown sugar
1-2 tbs cinnamon
3 tbs butter (melted)
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cup crispix
1 cup multi grain cherios
2 cups rice chex
1 cup pretzels
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup dried cranberries
 in a large bowl mix together cereals, pretzels, berries, and nuts.
in a smaill mix sugar and cinnamon
add vanilla to melted butter, toss sugar mixture over cereal mixture then keep tossing while adding the butter. place on a jelly roll pan or large cookie sheet and put in oven at 275 . stir every 10 min for 40 min
allow to cool and enjoy!
